1、摘要一国或一地间经济发展离不开区域间的交通一体化。近几年，随着京津冀协同发展的推进，三地间大量增加交通基础设施，整个交通体系得到了很大改善，但还存在着不少“断头路”、“瓶颈路”，严重影响三地间的经济发展。我国“第三经济增长极”—京津冀的交通一体化发展水平与长江三角洲和珠江三角洲相比，有很大差距。京津冀三地间协同发展是一个重大国家战略，其核心之一是构建现代交通网络系统，打造“轨道上的京津冀”。三地间如何形成优势互补、互利共赢的一体化发展格局，是无论从政界还是学术界都是关注的焦点。此刻，研究京津冀交通一体化发展
2、困境及对策，对加速实现京津冀三地间交通一体化发展，很有现实意义和实践意义。本文以区域协调发展理论和区域一体化理论为依据，采用文献研究法、比较研究法和定量分析法，全面深入地考察了国内外相关文献的基础上，对京津冀三地交通一体化发展困境进行了深入剖析，并从整体方向、规划平台、现代综合体系和资金投资四个角度提出推进交通一体化的对策建议。关键词：京津冀；交通一体化；智能交通 AbstractTheeconomicdevelopmentofonecountryoroneplacecannotbeseparatedfro
