4、meworkorafullmethodologythatallconsultantsuse.However,thispracticeisnotprevalentinothertypesofcompanies.Thisiswhereconsultingfirmsthathaveexperiencewithprojectmanagementprocessescanhelptheirclients.Often,aconsultantwillhelpestablishacentralizedorganizationresponsibleforvariousaspectsofproje
