1、营改增对企业的影响分析二○一七年六月摘 要我国实行营业税改征增值税的目的，是为了避免征收营业税带来的诸多弊端，消除营业税重复征税等多种问题，是国家税务部门实施为企业减少税收负担的一项重要举措。营业税改征增值税，是指将以前征收营业税的应税项目改成征收增值税，因为增值税只对应税产品或服务的增值部分征收增值税，这便显著减少了会导致重复征税的环节。国家实行营改增制度的目的是为了促进税务体制改革、进一步减轻企业税收负担。我国营改增的大幕，是于2012年1月1日在上海市首先展开，而企业和部分现代服务业成为我国营业税改征增值税
2、改革的首批试点单位。2016年5月1日起，我国全面铺开营改增试点工作，试点区域由上海扩展至全国范围。从此，营业税退出中国税收的历史舞台。该论文力求从营改增的经济政治背景出发，结合企业的行业特色，在参考了大量文献和国内外学者研究的基础上，以山东高速集团2015-2016年的数据为基础，客观的研究分析了营业税改增值税实施以来对交通运输类企业利润及税负的影响方式和结果。关键词：企业，营改增，税负IIIAbstractReplacingbusinesstaxwithvalue-addedtax(VAT)taxreform
