1、摘要摘要木文首先根据我国林业统计实践所面临的形势提出了改革现有林业统计指标体系的现实意义;其次对我国林业统计指标体系研究的发展历程进行了描述，开结合国外发展状况进行了对比分析:再次依据统计指标设计理论，在对林业进行界定和对林业运行描述的基础上，提出了林业统计指标体系的层次框架:第一层次根据统计总体范围区分为林业宏观统计指标体系与林业微观统计指标体系;第_层次依据指标性质区分为基本统计指标与专题统计指标;第三层次依据指标反映对象将基木统计指标区分为经济、生态、社会和科技统计指标:第四层次将经济统计指标依据再生产过程区分为经济活动条件、生产统计

2、、流通统计与分配统计指标体系，并对现有林业统计指标体系的基本内容进行研究和分析，指出了其中存在的问题，提出了构建新的林业统计指标体系的指导思想、遵循原则及基本思路，增设或调整有关反映森林资源、森林生产与分配、森林灾害、森林工业经济效益、林产品流通、林业对外经济关系、森林旅游、林业科技和社会、林业生态效益、林业微观统计等方面的统计指标，并在此基础上设计了新林业统计指标体系的框架内容:最后通过新旧林业统计指标体系的比较得出新林业统计指标体系的创新之处。关键词:林业统计指标体系框架ABSTRACTABSTRACTResearchonReformi
