1、北京交通大学硕士学位论文废旧钢铁回收物流系统构建研究姓名：孙明辉申请学位级别：硕士专业：物流管理与工程指导教师：汝宜红20090601中文摘要摘要：随着经济的发展，物流作为“第三利润泉"，得到政府和企业及社会公众越来越多的重视．然而，大多数企业只注重对正向物流的管理，对回收物流的管理和投入十分有限，资源短缺、环境污染等问题逐渐暴露，人们开始关注对可再生资源的回收和利用。废旧钢铁是钢铁生产的重要原料之一，是一种可回收、可循环利用的环保资源，对于钢铁工业的可持续发展至关重要。对废旧钢铁进行充分利用，不仅可以节约能源，节约原材料，更重要的是，

2、可以降低成本、节约外汇。本文从废旧钢铁回收物流与几个相关理论基础之间的关系进行阐述，结合废旧钢铁回收物流现状，总结出我国废旧钢铁回收物流面临的问题：运用可持续发展、循环经济等多学科的理论，提出了构建我国废旧钢铁回收物流系统的目标和原则，从要素、结构和功能三方面构建我国废旧钢铁回收物流系统；在实现回收物流系统功能的同时，还应关注回收物流活动的影响，本文采用模糊层次分析法对废旧钢铁回收物流系统进行综合评价；最后，从经济方面、技术方面和社会认同方面对构建废旧钢铁回收物流系统提出政策建议。关键词：废旧钢铁；回收物流系统；模糊层次分析法分类号：A
