2、受MSCT肺部扫描的正常组50例。病变组50例,均行16排螺旋CT薄层容积扫描,进行多层面/曲面重建(MPR/CPR)、最小密度投影(MinlP)、表面阴影遮盖法(SSD)和仿真支气管内窥镜成像(VB),在不使用造影剂的情况下,行气管、支气管树立体成像。比较4种后处理方法对气道显示的差异和发现病变的敏感性等。利用SPSS10.0统计分析软件系统进行分析。结果:(1)4种后处理方法对气道显示均可达到亚段(4级)或以下支气管,对各种解剖及相互关系的显示各有优点。(2)MinlP、SSD和VB对病变的显示直观,整体感好。(3)SSD和v
