2、受MSCT肺部扫描的正常组50例。病变组50例，均行16排螺旋CT薄层容积扫描，进行多层面／曲面重建(MPR／CPR)、最小密度投影(MinlP)、表面阴影遮盖法(SSD)和仿真支气管内窥镜成像(VB)，在不使用造影剂的情况下，行气管、支气管树立体成像。比较4种后处理方法对气道显示的差异和发现病变的敏感性等。利用SPSS10．0统计分析软件系统进行分析。结果：(1)4种后处理方法对气道显示均可达到亚段(4级)或以下支气管，对各种解剖及相互关系的显示各有优点。(2)MinlP、SSD和VB对病变的显示直观，整体感好。(3)SSD和v
