1、土壤中几种芽孢杆菌的研究TheResearchoftheBacillusinSoil李小凡山东大学生命科学学院2002年12月25日摘要本实验中,通过对土壤溶液的浓度梯度分离纯化和选择性培养基的培养,取得了土壤中有代表性菌株,并对其中芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)的几株做了比较详细的,形态学的分析和归类,包括巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillusmegaterium),胶质芽孢杆菌(Bacillusmucilaginosus),枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis),多粘性芽孢杆菌(Bacilluspolymyxa)等等。其后,还对某些
