1、胎盘植入治疗途径的选择【关键词】胎盘植入【摘要】目的依据对胎盘植入病例处理的结果，总结和选择出最佳的治疗途径。方法回顾性研究方法，复习了自2003年1月～2005年4月间在我院分娩的确诊为胎盘部分或完全植入的病例10例。结果在10607例分娩数中观察到10例胎盘植入（0.94/1000），3例术中徒手轻剥胎盘，术中出血不多，术后血色素随访无明显下降，2例部分残留术后加用药物治疗。B超复查无明显宫内胎盘组织残留，亦无产妇术后病率发生。4例产后发现胎盘植入，无法取出即放弃操作，之后口服米非司酮及MTX保守治疗，术后25～50天再给予钳夹，取出残留胎盘，预后良好。1例

2、产妇孕5月流产后，胎盘134天未排出，在外院经过米非司酮、天花粉、动脉插管介入治疗以及静脉化疗均未见效，因同时合并子宫纵隔予以手术治疗。所有患者均保留了子宫，亦未发生术后并发症。结论胎盘植入的治疗途径选择，对植入的全部或部分胎盘，先给予轻轻剥离，不必用大力气，更不用暴力剥离胎盘，而可以让其继续保留在原位，用药物辅助治疗后B超随访至局部血流明显减少后再行钳刮。【关键词】胎盘植入;治疗ZHOUHong-rong.ShanghaiMaternityandInfantHospital，Shanghai200051，China【Abstract】ObjectiveTose
