5、ion.SowhatDr.Beutlerisdefiningout,that’stheplatysmamusclerightthere.He’lldividethatalittletogivehimalittlemorevisualaspect,andthenhe’llfindthissternocleidomastoid.Nowthisanteriorapproachtothecervicalspinehasreallybeendonesincethelate1950sandtheearly‘60s.Andinthepasthasbeenutilizedtoperfo
6、rmanteriorcervicaldiscectomiesandfusions.Thefusionprocedurehasbeenthemostcommonwaytotreatcervicalspineproblemsinuptodatebutthisnewtechnologywiththeuseofanartificialdischassomesignificantbenefitsoverthepreviousprocedureofthefusion,andthatis,abletomaintainmotionofthecervicalspine,andwe’llc
