6、农村富余劳动力转移是解决我国“三农”问题的主要措施。目前，全国各地，各级政府都加大了工作力度，千方百计扩大劳务输出。加快农村劳动力转移，对农村经济和社会发展特别是农民增收产生了巨大推动作用。但是，由于城乡二元体制的束缚，户籍制度的制约限制了农村富余劳动力转移。本论文运用所学专业知识，结合安顺市地区实际情况从四个部分对农村富余劳动力转移的情况进行了深入研究。其中，第一部分是本论文的前言，概述了本文的研究目的和国内外研究状况，第二部分阐述了贵州省安顺地区农村富余劳动力转移产生的正面效应，以及贵州省安顺地区农村富余劳动力转移存在的问题，第

7、三部分论文从宏观政策不到位，在一定程度上制约了农村富余劳动力转移，贵州独特的地理环境因素直接影响了农村富余劳动力转移和美国次贷危机影响了农村富余劳动力转移等方面对贵州省安顺地区农村富余劳动力转移存在的问题进行分析，第四部分是本文的重点，为了促进贵州省安顺地区农村富余劳动力转移，统筹城乡协调发展，论文指出：在指导思想上，把引导农村富余劳动转移作为促进安顺地区经济发展的重要战略措施；在宏观政策上，为农村富余劳动力转移营造良好的外部环境；大力发展乡镇企业，增加农业自身接纳农村富余劳动力的能力和规模；加强对农村富余劳动力的宣传和教育力度，转
