3、fChina’sforeigntradeTheglobaleconomygraduallymovetoasustainablerecoverypath,internationalmarketdemandfurtherwarmedupandtheexternalexpansionimportpolicystartedtotakeaneffectiveeffectaftergoingthroughthefinancialcrisisin2008.China’sexportsstoodintheworldfirstplacein

4、2010,itsshareofworldexportsfrom%upto%andtheshareofimportsfromthethirdtothesecondintheworld,andthetotalforeigntradesurplusalsostoodintheworldfirstplace.Thegovernmenthastakensomeeffectivemeasurestoimplementtheimportpolicysothattostimulatethebalancedevelopmentofthefo

5、reigntrade,whichincludesimportdiscountinterest,importcredit,importcreditinsuranceandsoon,whichhasaobviouseffect.Theimportgrowthisabovemorequicklythanimport.However,thetotalimportamountandthespeedincreaseareaccompaniedbythecorrectionofimport,whichisconnecttothecons

6、tantriseofinternationalprice.2.TheemergenceofforeigntradesurplusandinfluenceItseemedthatChina’sGDPgrowthratewouldabove30%,andexceededthegeneralexpectation,however,thedomesticeconomywasboomingintheUnitedStatesonbehalfofthemaintradepartners,evenJapanhasappearedpower

7、fulautonomousgrowth.Thedomesticeconomyhascooled,whichleadstotheinsufficientdomesticdemandandflatdemandofimporteconomy.Therefore,therateofincreasehaspromotedrapidlyduetothesubstantialgoodsflowtooverseas.Inthelongrun,withtheincreaseofthestockofforeigninvestment,thea

8、mountoftheforeigninvestmentincomeandremittedwouldkeepincreasinginChina’sbalanceofinternationalpayment.Therefore,Chinahavetofurtherenlargeitstradesurplus
