4、celllinesbyDNAAmplificationfingerprintingandtestsnsceptibilityofinsectcelllinestoinfectionbysyngraphafatcifeILlmultiplenuclearpolyhedrosisviruses(SfaMNPV).DNAamplificationfmgerprinting(DAF)、析tllarbitrarilyselectedprimersWasusedtoobtainDNAfingerprintpro
5、filestodistinguishamong17lepidopteraninsectcelllines.Thefmgerprintingpatternisastablecharacteristicofthecelllinebecausehighandlowpassagesgeneratedthesameprofile.TheDNAfromeachcelllinewasamplified,andPCRproductswereanalyzedbyagarosegelelectrophoresis.Al
