2、物流业将为国民经济持续高速发展提供基础动力，并受到了各级政府的关注。在国内，尤其是烟台的物流产业发展还是比较落后，但是，作为连接东北地区和华北内陆的一个重要交通枢纽，烟台市有发展物流产业的特殊优势。招商集团下属的烟台海通工业园在烟台市的物流业发展中占有天时、地利、人和的优势，建立烟台招商物流中心正是适应这一发展趋势，走在时代的前列的必然之举，必将对烟台市的物流业发展起到推动／、／作用，也会对企业的可持续发展起到重要作用。『本文通过对烟台市建立物流中心的基础环境和经济环境的分析，论证了在烟台建立招商物流中心的必要性和可行性，并进一步分析了
