1、r“:。、::摘要本研究从云南昆明滇池中采集水中的腐木标本,从中鉴定出约有100种水生真菌,其中包括60余种子囊菌,30余种有丝分裂真菌。子囊菌中最常见的属是:Pseudohalonectria,Savoryella,Massarina,Nias等。有丝分裂真菌中最常见的属有:Dcrylaria,Dicryosporium,Phaeoisaria,Sporidesmium等。在研究中我们发现了2个新种,它们是:AnnulatascusdianchinusJ.F.Yin&L.C碱sp.nov,MassarinaminutaJ.F.Yin&L.Cai,sp.nov。在论文中对它们分别进行了描述

3、ita,McKenzie&Hyde等17个中国大陆新纪录种或中国新纪录种。本论文对2002年4月,7,10和2003年2月不同月份滇池中水生真菌的多样性进行了比较,发现10月份的多样性最高,水生真菌种类最丰富。通过研究的数据和相关文献资料把滇池水生真菌多样性与抚仙湖进行了比较,初步证明抚仙湖的真菌多样性比滇池高得多。为了评价水生真菌的应用潜力,我们还开展了木质素分解能力水生真菌的研究。通过在基本培养基中加入有机染料polyR-478后观察退色圈的方法,筛选了本室保藏的700多株水生真菌和部分担子菌(主要是鸟巢菌)。结果发现水生真菌能够降解木质素的是少数,而且产生相关酶的能力也较低。关键词:
