摘要随着社会科学技术的发展，科学研究的重要性日益突出，它为社会的发展以及人们的生活做出了巨大的贡献。而其中高校研究是其中的重要部分，具有不可替代的作用。因此，开发基于Web的高校科研管理系统。本文阐述了项目的开发背景，和用户群，对该系统的现状进行了描述。以流程图的形式表述系统的工作流程和系统的组成结构。其次，对系统的用户需求以及可行性进行了详细的分析，详细了解系统的功能要求，以满足用户需求。最后为基于SQLServer2005的数据库设计和ASP.NET的代码实现阶段。该部分详细介绍系统的实现过程。关键词：高校科研管理；
