1、华南师范大学硕士学位论文新课程实施中“教师行动研究”的研究姓名：张艳红申请学位级别：硕士专业：教育技术学指导教师：李克东20040601摘要当前正处于新课程实施的实验探索期，教师是这场课程改革实施的核心，同时也是新课程实施成败的关键。教师通过行动研究对课程实施进行探索与研究，从而获得教师专业发展。教师行动研究成为课程实旌中教师专业发展的一条有效途径。本研究旨在通过对新课程实施中教师行动研究的现状进行调研，发现教师行动研究过程中存在的问题，分析问题产生的原因，并提出相关的建议。全文对本研究的研究背景、研究目标、研究意义等进行了详尽的阐述，同时通过对

2、相关研究的文献调研，分析批判地选择了相应的理论作为本研究的理论基础。研究的方式上，蕾要通过问卷形式对目前新课程实施中中小学教师行动研究和教师行动研究对教师专业发展内涵影响的调研，获得量的数据，从而了解教师行动研究的现状，存在的问题，以及教师行动研究对教师专业发展内涵有哪些影响。同时通过深入地对三位来自不同学科的教师在新课程实施中的行动研究过程进行跟踪访谈，获得更为翔实丰富的描述性数据。最后，通过对以上两类数据进行分析研究，给出调研的结论，并提出相关的建议。关键词：教师，行动研究，新课程，教师专业发展誊黔考、好舞!鼋謦向全文公措TheTeacher
