3、requencyprincipalconstituentforthe5reddeerpopulations.StudiedgeneticdiversityofGansureddeerandgeneticrelationshipbetweenQm鲥reddeer.Theresultsshowedthat:10micmsatelliteslociwerechoosedtoamplify170bloodsamples,8ofthem(BM203,BM888,BMSl248,TGLA226,BMl818,BM36
4、28,BMCl009andBMl225)wereamplifiedsuccessfully;2ofthem(BM2320andMAF70)wereamplifiedunsuccessfully.Using8microsatelliteslocitodetectgenomeDNAof170bloodsamples,got72alleles,theaveragenumberis9ineachloci.BM888andBMCl009havethehi.曲estnumber(12);TGLA226hasthelo
5、westnumber(5).Theaverageallelefrequencyofthe8microsatelliteslocidisU'ibutionissimilarbetweenGansureddeerandQinghaireddeer,7ofthemhavethesamepreponderantalleles.The8microsatelliteslocishowedhi曲PIevalueandpolyrnorphismofGansureddeer,themeanexpectationhetero
6、zygosityWas0.7948;themeancontentofpolymorphisminformationwas0.7566.PhylogeneticanalysisshowedthatNei’SgeneticdistancefDA)valuesandNei’Sstandardgeneticdistance(Ds)valuesbetweenGansureddeerandQinghaireddeerbothweresmaller,i.e.0.0464and0.0227,respectively.Ph
