2、察。在深层结构中，案例报告的价值体系通过符号学矩阵体现出来。本章的最詹部分是对叙事符号学理论方法的修补。正像其德理论一样，叙事符号学本身还存在着很多理论上的问题和不足，这些问题和不足应该在理论的不断应用中得到更新和改进。值得注意的是，Greimas从～开始就主张将话语的社会情境排除在符号学分析之外。然面，话语不可能脱离社会实践，话语也无法从其社会情境孛孤立出来。因此，本章将案例报告的社会情境弓l入分析之中。第四章为结论部分。作者总结了本文所研究的内容，提出了叙事符号学在法律话语分析中所能起到的作用，以及将来这个领域可能的发展趋势。关键词：法律
