4、hetargetofenergysavingandlossesreduction.Bystudyingandcomparingthetreatmenttechnologyfornegativecurrent,treatmenttechnologyforharmonics,reactivepowercompensationtorealizetheimprovementoftheenergysavingmeasurementinelectrificationrailwaysystem.Thesetopicsarepaidmoreattentionnotonly
5、bytheacademiccirclesbutalsobytheadministrationdepartmentfromeachrailwaybureau,bywayofscientificresearchprojectandengineeringprojecttostudyandapplytherelatednewtechnologyandpushthefastdevelopmentofrelatednewtechnology.Theexistenceofnegativecurrenthasdirectimpacttheworkingqualityand
