1、河海大学博士学位论文海岛地区水资源合理配置及承载能力研究姓名：严正申请学位级别：博士专业：水文学及水资源指导教师：董增川20080325河海人学博士学位论文资源四个子系统，建立了基于水资源的区域可持续发展评价的由目标层、准则层、指标层构成的指标层次体系，提出了基于区域发展协调性的评价方法。应用该方法对海南省水资源配置的效果进行了综合评价。(6)分析了水资源承载能力的主客体两方面特性以及水资源配置对于承载能力分析的作用，提出了以经济发展水平和水资源可利用量之间关系分析为基础的单位GDP综合用水量评判法进行水资源承载能力计算，从水资源主体和

2、客体两方面入手确定水资源条件对经济总量和人口的支撑能力，推算出可承载的总经济规模和人口数量指标。论文以海南岛为实例，在分析水资源特征和水资源开发利用存在问题的基础上，结合全岛水资源可持续利用总体战略，进行了水资源配置模型的构建、方案设置、结果分析评价以及水资源承载能力的计算等工作，对论文提出的理论和方法进行了实证。关键词：水资源配置；承载能力；数学模型；评价方法；海岛水系；海南岛Vi摘要AbstractWaterresourcesallocationmodelisallimportanttoolforanalysisofcomplexw
