4、rthefurtheranalysis.Theregressionanalysisisconductedbetweentheorganizationaljusticeandworkperformancevariables,thentheconclusionisfoundthatthedistributivejusticeCallsignificantlypredicttaskperformanceandcontextualperformance;theproceduraljusticeandinteractionaljusticecanon
