2、nsystem，andtomeettherequirementsonenergysavingandemissionreduction．Thisdissertationstudiesthestatemonitoringandtheperformanceassessmentoftheboilercombustioninthermalpowerunitsviadifferentdata-drivenmethods，andthebestcombinationmodeandloaddispatchoftheairandfuelfortheboilerfromtheviewpo

3、intsofstability，economyandenvironmentareobtainedbasedontheproposedmethods．Theresultcanbeusedasguidanceforoptimaloperation．Themaincontributionsofthisdissertationaresummarizedasfollows：1)Byextensiveselectionandcomparison，theflameintensity,furnacepressureandsteamheat—parametersareusedtore

4、alizethestatemonitoringoftheeombustionstability．Itisfoundthattheflameintensityandfurnacepressurearesensitivetothechangeofcombustionstate，andtheycanbeusedasreal—timemonitorofthecombustionstability．Thesteamheat—parameterscanreflectthequalityofstability，whichaccordswiththeeconomyperforman

5、ceatthesameoperatingpoint．2)Toremedythedeficiencyofthepreviousmethods，acomprehensiveindextoevaluatethecombustionstabilityperformanceisproposedastheevaluationindexofcombustionstability，whichiscomputedfromthesteamheatqualityusingthePCA(PrincipalComponentsAnalysis)method．Theresultcannoton
