2、velsofpowerplantsautomation,itsimportancehasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Datashowsthatmostofourcoal-firedunitspresenthavesuchproblemsinvaryingdegreeswithinsufficientoutput,shortoperatingcycle,highheatlossofashincompletecombustionandexhaustgas.Merelyusi
3、ngtraditionalcombustionoptimizationtestcannotreallyachievelong-termandeffectiveresultsofcombustionoptimization,soit’snecessarytoprofoundlyresearchcombustionoptimizationsystems.Accordingtothecharacteristicoffossilpowerplants,thisthesisfocusonthekeyissu
4、esaboutmodeling,optimizationandcontrolofboilercombustionsystems,andtheapplicationona600MWcoal-firedunit.Thesimulationstudyandapplicationintherealunitprovedthattheresearchcanimplementthesynthesisoptimizationcontrolofboilercombustion,improvetherunningle
5、velofboilerinstrumentstooptimumandmakeitefficientandcleaner.Themainworkandcontributionsofthethesisareasfollows:(1)Accordingtopowermarketcharacteristicandnaturalenvironmentnowadays,threekindsofoptimizationobjectswhichcoordinatedbetweeneconomicefficienc
6、yandenvironmentalprotectionwereproposedtodeducethecalculationmethodofboileroperationcost.Usinggeneticalgorithmoptimizationofthethreegoals,theboilerthermalefficiency,NOxemissionsandoperationalcostunderthreegoalswereobtained.(2)Acombustionoptimizationco
7、ntrolstrategywasproposedbasedonthecombinationofsteadyoptimizationandnonlinearpredictivecontrol.Dynamicnonlinearoptimizationcontrolwasachievedduringtheboilercombustionprocess.Thesimulationandrunningonsiteshowedthattheproposedoptimizationstrategycouldre
