3、truction.Methods:AnEnglishliteraturesearchfrom1975toMarch2008andaChineseliteraturesearchfrom1994to2007wereperformedwithreferencestoauricularreconstruction.AlltheinformationaboutthepatientswhoseearsweretotallyreconstructedintheDepartmentofPlasticSurgery,ShanghaiSixthPeople’sHospital,ShanghaiJiaotongU

4、niversitywassummarized.AndallthedatawasimportedintoMicrosoft-Excel.Results:Atotalof124literatureswereextractedinthisstudy.Manymaterialshavebeenusedinfabricatingauricularframework,suchascostalcartilage,silicagel,andMedpor.Costalcartilagewasthemostpopularmaterialappliedinthemodelingofframework.Thereal

5、sohavebeenmanykindsofenvelopestowraptheframework,inwhich,postauricularskinflapandexpandedskinflapweremostwidelyused.Auricularreconstructionusingautogenouscostalcartilageframeworkwrappedwithpostauricularflapisthemostreliableprotocol.Conclusions:Intotalauricularreconstruction,frameworkisthedecisivefac
