7、1中文摘要目的建立Wistar大鼠重症急性胰腺炎脑损伤模型,观察丙酮酸乙酯对重症急性胰腺炎脑组织中TNF-α、NF-κB和HMGB-1表达水平的影响,探讨急性重症胰腺炎并发脑损伤引起的胰性脑病的发病机制及丙酮酸乙酯对重症急性胰腺炎伴脑损伤的保护机制,为临床工作上治疗重症急性胰腺炎并发胰性脑病提供新的治疗思路。方法采用健康Wistar大鼠54只,体重200±13g,随机分为三组:正常对照组(n=18),模型组(n=18),
