3、ylamineColdBoxCore-makingProcess,enhancingsandcoreperformanceandreducingproductioncost,whichhaveimportantrealisticsignificance.Inthispaper,combiningtheproductionpracticeofNo.1FoundryPlant,DongfengmotorCo.,Ltd(hereinaftercalled:No.1FoundryPlant),reasonsf
4、orthehighusageamountofresinandlowefficiencyofcore-makingwereanalyzed.Furthermore,effectsofprocessconditionsforsandcoreperformanceofTri-ethylamineColdBoxbasedonactualproductionwerestudied.Finally,severalimprovementmeasuresofISOCUREofNo.1FoundryPlantwerep
5、roposed,andtheresultsachievedareasfollows.ThroughanalyzingqualityofrawmaterialsandproductionprocessofTri-ethylamineColdBoxCore-makingofNo.1FoundryPlant,highwatercontentoftherawsandandthecompressedairisidentifiedasthemainreasonforhighusageamountofresin.T
6、heeffectoftheamountofaddedresinonsandcoreperformancewasstudied.Theresultsshowedthattheinitialstrengthandthe24hfinalstrengthofsandcoreincreasedwiththeincreaseofamountofadditionofresin,thegasevolutionindicatethesamevariationtendency.Whentheamountofaddedre
7、sinis1.8%,he24hfinalstrengthreachthemaximumattheratiooftwocomponentsis50:50,andtheinitialstrengthreachesitsmaximumattheratioof55:45.Itisalsocanbeseenthatthetensilestrengthofsandcorehasgoodstabilitywhentheratioisbetween50:50and55:45.Andthen,researchofwat
