2、学生由于对新生事物天生的好奇和热情，加上他们旺盛的精力和无畏的探索精神，面对扑面而来的网络时代，大学生们也趋之若鹜，纷纷“触网”。在高校思想政治教育中，运用网络载体开展思想政治教育，充分发挥网络载体的优势，提升高校思想政治教育的效果，已成为我国高校思想政治教育理论和实践工作者关注的焦点之一。本文在吸收国内外研究成果的基础上，从三个方面着手，首先回顾了高校网络思想政治教育的发展历程，审视目前存在的问题及其原因，探讨提高网络思想政治教育运行机制实效性建设的关键策略，以比较新的角度对网络思想政治教育理论进行了较为详尽的论述，有针对性地提出了网络时代开展大学生思想政治教育工作的现实性问题，为高校的网络
