1、华中农业大学硕士学位论文大城市土地利用综合效益评价姓名：付妮嘉申请学位级别：硕士专业：土地资源管理指导教师：张安录200706012007届硕士学位论文：大城市土地利用综合效益评价摘要随着城市化进程的加速，城市人口增长和经济发展对城市土地的需求日益增长，对城市土地的利用效益提出了更高的要求。城市土地特别是位于大城市建成区内部的土地资源对城市经济的发展起着非常重要的作用。因此，研究我国大城市土地利用综合效益，可以为控制大城市外延扩张占用耕地速度，挖掘城市存量用地潜力，促进城市内部土地资源集约利用以及整个经济、社会和生态环境的协调发展提供科学依据。．本文以我国35个大城市作为研究对象，在

2、阐述城市土地利用及其效益的相关概念和理论的基础上，对大城市土地利用现状的总体特征和结构特征进行分析，进而对各大城市用地经济效益展开区域比较分析。然后从土地利用综合效益的内涵出发，结合我国大城市土地利用的实际情况，选取经济效益、社会效益、生态效益三方面共14个指标构建大城市土地利用效益综合评价指标体系，选取2002-2004年的面板数据，运用主成分分析法找出影响城市土地利用综合效益的主要因子，并采用因子分析法对各城市用地综合效益发展水平进行排序和评价，为迸一步集约、高效利用城市土地，提高大城市土地利用综合效益提供科学依据。关键词：大城市；土地利用；综合效益；主成分分析法：因子分析法Ab
