2、涵义、特征及其在社会生活中的地位和作用入手，阐述了社区思想道德教育的兴起、发展及存在的问题，在此基础上论述了社区思想道德教育与社会主义和谐社会的关系，阐述了社区思想道德教育的现实意义，并针对社区思想道德教育中存在的问题，从主体、环体、介体三个方面探寻了社区思想道德教育的行之有效的途径和方法，分别从加强主体队伍建设、优化社区环境及开展丰富多彩的社区文化活动等方面进行了阐述，着重指出进行社区思想道德教育必须注意运用感染教育法、心理咨询法等科学的教育方法；要充分利用网络载体，建立和完善社区网络平台，占领思想道德教育的网络高地；坚持层次性原则，因入施教，以
