2、半乳糖合B—A复制大鼠AD模型,水迷宫法观察怡心健脑颗粒对AD大鼠学习记忆能力的影响,并测定大鼠脑组织中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量;通过制备脑组织切片观察怡心健脑颗粒对学习记忆障碍大鼠海马组织的影响。结果与正常对照组比较.模型组大鼠的学习记忆能力明显下降,其脑组织中MDA、AchE、LPO含量明显升高,SOD含量明显下降,大脑海马CA3区神经细胞变性坏死;与模型组比较,怡心健脑组大鼠的学习记忆能力明显提高,脑组织中MDA、Ac
