2、展的时代，科学知识的传播显得尤为重要。在知识的传播过程中，教师则扮演着十分重要的角色。由于目前院校间的激烈竞争，导致教师的流动性日益突出，尤其在民办类院校，这种特点更加明显。因此建立一套能够吸引、留住、培养优秀人才的科学、合理地教师激励机制已迫在眉睫。针对目前存在的问题，本文以XH学院为研究对象，对教师激励机制进行探究。首先，在了解国内外院校教师激励机制的研究现状后，对激励的相关要素及基本涵义进行了描述，并从内容型、过程型及行为改造型三个方面对相关的经典激励理论做了详细表述；其次，对XH学院教师激励机制现状进行研究：在了解目前院校基本情况的基础上，基于

3、经典理论设计了调查问卷并分别按各学院相关比例抽取部分教师作为样本进行问卷调查，得出了目前该学校存在的一些问题并对这些问题进行了分析。再次，在了解院校的具体情况后，根据以人为本、合理公平、全面、时效等相关激励机制的基本准则，从教师需求、考核制度以及师资结构等方面构建了一套与院校实际情况相协调的科学、完整的教师激励机制。最后，在教师工作平台以及个人培养方面提出了使该激励机制能够正常发挥作用的保障条件。研究表明：学院在建立激励机制时，应以院校现状为前提，以相关激励原则为基础，构建一套科学合理的、能在一定程度上调动教师积极性的激励机制，从而带动整个学院的发展。
