1、中图分类号:TE88单位代码:11414学号:2014214121题目基于未确知测度的城市燃气管道风险评价研究学科专业安全科学与工程研究方向安全监测与智能诊断工程硕士生贾志明指导教师梁伟教授二○一七年五月摘要摘要随着燃气普及率的日益提升,城市燃气管道化进程不断加快,燃气输送管道化在方便人民生活的同时,也存在一定风险。对城市燃气管道开展风险评价研究,分析失效原因,确定管道风险水平,进而制定相应的防控措施,对保证燃气管道安全运行意义重大。本文首先充分调研了我国城市燃气管道失效事故数据,确定了导致管道失效的主要原因以及主要事故类型。其次,详细辨识城市燃
2、气管道系统中存在的风险因素,建立了评价指标体系,用以全面系统地评价研究管道风险状况。再次,结合未确知测度理论和层次分析法,建立了城市燃气管道风险评价模型,该模型充分利用评价对象的实际测量数据,同时将定性指标量化处理,降低了主观因素影响。最后,利用建立的风险评价模型,对国内某城市街区钢制燃气管道进行实例研究,得到了各个管段的风险等级,实现了不同管段的风险排序,验证了未确知测度管道风险评价模型的有效性和可行性。关键词:城市燃气管道;事故树分析;未确知测度;风险评价-II-ABSTRACTResearchonRiskAssessmentofUrbanG

4、e,itisquitesignificanttoconductriskassessment,analysisfailurereasons,determinerisklevel,andformulateseveralpreventionandcontrolmeasures.Firstly,thisthesisinvestigatesthefailuredataofurbangaspipelineinourcountry,determinesthemainreasonofpipelinefailureandthemaintypesofaccident
5、s.Secondly,throughdetailedanalysistheriskfactorsofurbangaspipeline,thisthesisestablishesevaluationindexsystem,whichisforassessingandresearchingthepipelinerisksituationcomprehensivelyandsystematically.What’smore,thisthesisestablishesariskassessmentmodelforurbangaspipelinebycom
6、biningunascertainedmeasuretheorywithAHP.Themodelmakesfulluseoftheactualmeasureddataandquantifiesthequalitativeindex,whicharebenefittoreducetheinfluenceofsubjectivefactors.Finally,accordingtotheriskassessmentmodel,thisthesisresearchessomesteelgaspipelineinacityblock,determines
