1、高脂饮食对大鼠下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放素水平影响硕士生姓名:指导教师:专业名称:邱伟民李丹清教授内科学摘要目的:高脂饮食可引起肥胖,诱发胰岛素抵抗,促进2型糖尿病的发生。下丘脑是摄食、体重调控中枢,与肥胖的发生密切相关。高脂饮食后下丘脑促肾上腺皮质激素释放素水平(CRH)是否会发生变化目前尚未见报道,本实验旨在探讨高脂饮食对下丘脑CRH表达水平的影响。方法:8周龄雌性SD大鼠50只,随机分为高脂饮食组和正常对照组,6周后处死大鼠,留取血液和下丘脑组织。应用血糖仪、生化比色法、放射免疫法和Western印迹法分别测定血糖、血脂、游离脂肪酸、血胰岛素及下丘脑CRH表达,并根据FPG
