1、遵义医学院硕十学位论文高血糖高渗状态患者心肌酶谱变化的I临床分析高血糖高渗状态患者心肌酶谱变化的临床分析摘要目的：探讨高血糖高渗状念患者的心肌酶谱的变化病因及相关因素。方法：46例糖尿病患者分为2组。A组为24例高血糖高渗状态患者，血浆渗透压均高于320mmol／L。B组为22例无急性并发症的糖尿病患者，血浆渗透压均低于310mmol／L。分别监测各组的心肌酶，并进行独立样本t检验。分析高血糖高渗状态患者的心肌酶与血糖、血Na+、血尿酸、血渗透压的关系。采用SPSSl3．0软件进行统计分析。结果：1．A组患者的AST、

2、CK、CK．MB、LDH、HBDH均明显高于B组患者，两组相比有统计学意义(P<0．05)。2．心肌酶各指标均与血浆渗透压呈正相关，CK同时与血尿酸呈正相关。结论：1．高血糖高渗状态易于诱发非创伤性横纹肌溶解症，建议将心肌酶谱作为常规检查项目。2．高血糖高渗状态时心肌酶增高主要与血浆渗透压升高程度有关。关键词：高血糖高渗状态：心肌酶谱；横纹肌溶解症；临床分析。遵义医学院硕十学何论文高m糖高渗状态患者心肌酶谱变化的临床分析-●—___________●____—_-————_——一III_III———_—●-●_●ITh
