1、华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要我国的高等职业教育是20世纪80年代初，伴随着经济体制改革而兴起的一种教育类型，其培养目标是生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的实用型、技能型专门人才。高等职业教育既姓“高”，又姓“职”，是高等教育的重要组成部分，是一种茼层次的职业教育。因此，研究高等职业教育对于完善我国高等教育体系具有重大的意义。随着社会改革的深入，高等教育加快从“精英教育”向“大众化教育”迈进的步伐，高等职业教育招生总量持续增长，规模迅猛发展，但也暴露出办学机制、管理体制、教学体系与市场经济的不适应，从而导致高职毕业生就业率低与社会高级“蓝领”奇缺的

2、矛盾。因此高等职业教育必须在准确定位的基础上，深化改革，推动教育规模、结构、效益协调发展。本文在借鉴德国高等职业教育成功经验的基础上，首先从我国高等职业教育的发展历程入手，分析了现阶段高等职业教育所处的地位与作用，然后阐述了我国高等职业教育教学现状，并对其中存在的问题及其原因进行深入分析。最后文章结合实例有针对性对我国高等职业教育教学提出了六大改革对策，即转变教育思想观念、多元整合的课程开发、以人为本的教学方法、编写特色教材、灵活的考试制度、“双师型”师资队伍建设。关键词：高职教育教学改革课程体系教学方法师资建设华中科技大学硕士学位论文Abstr
