1、·中文论著摘要·运动干预对胰岛素抵抗大鼠血清PAI-1水平的影响目的观察高脂膳食诱导的胰岛素抵抗(insulinresistance,m)大鼠血清纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂一1(plasminogenactivatorinhibitortype.1,PAl.1)水平的变化以及运动干预对血清PAl.1水平的影响,以初步探讨非药物疗法一一运动改善胰岛素抵抗可能的作用机制。实验材料和方法雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为基础饲料组(NC,n=20)和高脂膳食组(HF,n=35),HF组经特殊高脂膳食喂养10周,建立胰岛素抵抗大鼠动物模型。10周后HF组再随机分为高脂膳食运
