2、rofAdministrativeManagementBYLiMengnanSupervisedbyAssociateProfessorMAHaiyunJune2018摘要摘要新型城镇化作为我国城镇化发展的新阶段，是基于我国特殊国情提出的具有中国特色的概念。就地就近城镇化符合人口流动规律，能够化解传统城镇化发展进程中产生的一系列问题。现阶段我国一些地区已开展了就地就近城镇化的试验并在此基础上取得了一些宝贵经验，就地就近城镇化道路作为新型城镇化的发展形态和具体发展路径之一已经得到社会和学者的广泛认可，因而近些年日益成为城镇化发展的实践

3、探索和理论探讨的新焦点。本文以徐州丰县为研究区域，通过对丰县就地就近城镇化发展现状及其问题分析，对丰县就地就近城镇化建设发展有一个更加全面的了解，以期为类似地区提出具有可借鉴性的就地就近城镇化经验，以促进实践和理论的微发展。全文主要分为以下几方面：首先在对现有研究进行述评的基础上，梳理就地就近城镇化的相关概念和理论基础；其次，对韩国、英国和日本农村城镇化发展实践进行分析并总结其可借鉴的经验；然后通过丰县就地就近城镇化的发展现状及面临的困难分析，明确丰县未来就地就近城镇化发展方向；最后根据丰县就地就近城镇化现状和问题，为类似地区就地就

4、近城镇化实现路径提出几点建议：一是合理配置城乡社会公共服务资源，通过不断加强城镇基础设施建设促进城乡一体化；二是完善城镇化制度建设，深化户籍改革、土地改革、社会保障制度等是就地就近城镇化发展的重要支撑力；三是优化城乡产业布局，强化产业支撑；四是坚持可持续发展，重视生态文明。关键词：城镇化新型城镇化就地就近城镇化IAbstractAbstractAsanewstageinthedevelopmentofurbanizationinChina,new-typeurbanizationisbasedontheconceptofChina'
