1、论文题目：我国监察官的职业伦理研究专业：法硕硕士生：周圆圆（非法学）指导教师：刘志强摘要国家监察委的设立是我国宪制的重大变化，重塑了国家权力结构。作为国家监察委的执掌权力的监察官，监察官职业伦理的迷失，有必要构建与强化监察官的职业伦理，是我国反腐倡廉的内在之义。监察官职业伦理是一种行业自律，高度自治的表现。监察官职业伦理水平的高低在一定程度上决定了全面实现依法治国、反腐倡廉目标的实现。伦理与职业伦理的概念规范是监察官职业伦理构建的理论依托。其政治伦理、准司法伦理、政务伦理和监督伦理四个方面的伦理范畴以及监察官职业伦理的责任、功能和特点，是构建监察官职业伦理的主要内容。监察官职业伦理困境的
