2、教育大众化背景之下，人才培养质量的提高一直是人们关注的焦点问题。在应对人才培养质量下滑的危机中，本科生导师制作为一种人才培养模式的创新被国内一众高校推行。源起牛津大学的本科生导师制，作为一种有效的人才培养模式，不仅有利于学生的因材施教，而且深化了教育改革，在一定程度上也提高了人才培养质量。但是本科生导师制依然处于初步探索阶段，实践中依然存在诸多问题，这不仅与导师制这一制度相关，而且还跟地方高校的自身因素相关。我们只有正确认识本科生导师制与地方高校，才能更好地实行本科生导师制，进一步提高人才培养质量。本文主要围绕地方高校本科生导师制的实施现状与对策

3、进行研究，将论文主体内容分为三个部分：1.本部分的研究主要围绕着高校、地方高校、导师制、本科生导师制以及部属院校等相关概念。2.地方高校本科生导师制现状及现存问题。这一部分主要以x大学为个案进行实证研究。对X大学本科生导师制的运作过程中存在的导师职责不清、教师数量不足、考核机制不完善等问题进行探讨。3.完善地方高校本科生导师制的对策。对于这一部分，主要从提高认识，完善制度，明确导师职责等方面进行。关键词：地方高校；本科生导师制；现状；对策IAbstractInthebackgroundofthepopularizationofhighereduc
