2、市场备受冲击。为维持其市场地位,提升其品牌价值,本文以烟台樱桃区域品牌竞争力为研究对象,采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法,首先分析烟台樱桃区域品牌建设现状及存在的问题,并指出影响其品牌建设的四个要素:樱桃产业要素、区域要素、品牌要素和支持要素,然后运用层次分析法对烟台樱桃区域品牌竞争力评价指标体系进行构建模分析,结果表明;品牌要素是关键,其次是产业实力,再次是区域状况,然后是支持力度。最后从政府和企业两个层面对烟台樱桃区域品牌的建设提供相应的对策和建议,指出政府应加大扶持力度,建立电商平台,普及樱桃栽培技术,出台相关法律文件,提升基础设施建设
