2、少企业运行中的信息流，资金流等资源浪费，而且可以解决因生产规模扩大，设备增多，订单不停变化，成本压力上升，客户交货期缩短等因素造成的生产管理复杂度上升问题。本文研究F集团需求不确定环境下的产需不平衡的生产计划排产问题，包括：（1）计划排产组织方面的问题并给出组织重组方案，解决计划排产组织间的沟通壁垒和排产计划执行障碍问题，提高计划排产组织的整体运作效率。（2）生产计划排产与物料需求计划间信息流运作上的问题，优化排产流程，建立工作标准化，通过连续的业务信息流以减少过程浪费和资源浪费，优化计划排产策略，提升了计划的敏捷度。（3）

3、库存管理的问题，用看板管理方法和拉动式方法改善库存管理工序，优化库存管理组织，解决了库存信息延时造成计划排产不准确的问题。（4）初步提出自动化改善方案，缓解人工作业压力，缩短生产计划排产时间，提高生产计划排产效率，从而优化供应链的作业流程。研究成果对于提高F集团计划组织能力，应对不确定需求具有一定参考价值。关键词：需求不确定，产需不平衡，生产计划管理，排产策略，库存管理IABSTRACTInrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofscientificandtechnologicalandeconomi
