2、域，极度缺少经验丰富的精益管理人员来提高土壤源热泵工程的施工管理质量。因此，我们就应该用管理学的有效方法来提高地源热泵施工管控水平，从施工过程中找到经验不足并加以改善。价值流图是精益化管理的重要工具，起初被应用在制造业生产中，随着精益化建造的深入研究，这种管理方法也因其操作性强、可视化效果明显等特点，开始应用于工程项目的管理当中。地源热泵工程是目前最常用的浅层地热利用方式，本文以其发展作为选题背景，对比国内外同类项目，分析了施工过程中目前的管理状况。同时本文以价值流图理论为基础，结合具体地源热泵工程实践，论述了地源热泵系统室外施工全过程管理，通过将当前的地
3、源热泵室外施工价值流图绘制出来，从而将施工过程中存在的浪费问题以及不足之处展现出来。针对发现的问题，在项目中组建精益管理团队，提出相应的改进措施，形成稳定的施工价值流动过程。在控制成本的前提下，改善了施工过程中的质量问题和工期拖延的现象。本文首先介绍了实践管理中成功案例的一些经验，同时，分析了该工程项目在管理中遇到的一些问题，并进行了总结。关键词：地源热泵室外施工价值流图精益建造IABSTRACTToday,ground-sourceheatpumpprojectsarerapidlydeveloping,manyaspectsofthepersonnel
