2、pany摘要知识经济时代,人才是企业的核心竞争力。外资车企进入中国的股比限制逐步放开,汽车行业的竞争愈发激烈。一线员工是制造型企业的基石,做好一线员工的培训工作,不断培育优秀人才、提升竞争力,企业才能在激烈的市场竞争中获得一席之地。论文运用案例分析方法,以Z公司为研究对象,详细分析Z公司培训管理存在的问题,并提出优化原则和策略选择。论文认为,优化制造业一线员工培训管理,应以企业战略为导向,从企业实际需求出发,遵循可持续原则,准确分析培训需求,制定合理的培训计划,开发系统实用的培训课程,建立一支高素质的内训师队伍,提升培训组织的服务质量,促进培训成果转化,改进培训
