2、mance:EmpiricalEvidenceBasedonManufacturingIndustry摘要本文通过对与股权结构和企业经营绩效相关的理论知识和研究文献进行整理和分析，从股权集中度这一视角研究企业股权集中度对企业经营绩效的影响，将制造业企业作为本文的研究对象，采用实证分析方法，构建多元回归模型，研究制造业企业股权集中度对企业经营绩效的影响。研究结果表明：一是，制造业企业在当前的发展过程中，较高的股权集中度更有助于提升企业的经营绩效，推动企业进一步的可持续发展。二是，制造业企业的国有控股类型在企业的经营过程中会产生多种治理问题，雄厚的资金并不能有
