1、南开大学博士学位论文哈密顿系统与微分几何中的闭轨道姓名:王嵬申请学位级别:博士专业:基础数学指导教师:龙以明20061201摘要·在这篇文章中,我们考虑球面上的两类闭轨道问题:R鼽中紧凸超曲面上闭特征的多重性和稳定性.Finsler球面上闭测地线的多重性和稳定性.在第—部分,我们使用等变莫尔斯理论和龙以明发展的指标迭代理论得到下面的结果:假设R2n中紧凸超曲面E上几何相异的闭特征个数有限,则它们的平均指标满足一个系数为有理数的共振恒等式.基于这一新的恒等式我们证明了R6中的任何紧凸超曲面E上一定存在至少三个几何相
2、异的闭特征.这对R6的情形解决了哈密顿分析中一个长期未解决的猜想.我们还证明了如果R4中的紧凸超曲面∑上恰好存在两个几何相异的闭特征,则它们都是无理椭圆的;如果I护中的紧凸超曲面E上几何相异的闭特征个数有限,则其中一定有两个具有无理平均指标;进一步,如果其上恰好有三个几何相异的闭特征,则其中一定有两个是椭圆的.在第二部分,我们使用莫尔斯理论,龙以明发展的精确指标迭代公式以及N.Hingston的两个存在性定理证明了下面的结论·在任何Finsler2-球面(铲,F)上,或者存在无穷多本原闭测地线,或者存在至少两条无
