1、中文摘要随着我国城市电网建设改造的快速发展,城市电网规划成为~个迫切任务。确定变电站的位置与容量是城市电网规划工作的一个重要环节,其结果直接影响着未来电网的网络结构、供电质量和运行经济性。传统的变电站规划模型是在满足各项技术约束下寻求投资与运行费用最低,然而,从工程实践来看,这种未考虑站址具体地理信息因素方法所选出的站址很可能坐落在不适宜建站的区域,例如:湖泊、街道、繁华区等,因此必须对优化结果进行调整。当需要调整的站址数量较多时,对于某些站址的局部调整,会使它和周围变电站所带的负荷、供电范围都发生变化
2、,进而影响整体方案的经济性,使所获得的结果方案并非经济性优化方案,从而降低了传统方法的有效性。针对传统方法的不足,本文提出了一种实用的变电站两阶段优化规划方法。首先,在不考虑地理信息的条件下确定出变电站初始规划方案;其次,详细计及初选变电站站址的周边地理条件,采用层次分析法对站址地理适应度进行判断,结合经济适应度目标,全面评估各组合方案的综合适应度,最终获取更为合理的变电站优化方案。详细的算例和结果分析表明,本文提出的方法大大提高了变电站规划工作的科学性和实用性,结果能更好的满足规划要求。关键词:变电站
