1、城镇化进程中广西农村人力资源开发研究摘要促进城镇化的健康有序发展是我国现代化建设的重要战略目标。解决城镇化进程中城乡差距、进城农民不能稳定生活在城镇、农村发展滞后等问题，最根本的办法是提高农民素质，主要的途径就是对农村人力资源进行开发。城镇化与农村人力资源开发相互促进，城镇化提高了农村人力资源的质量，而农村人力资源开发促进了城镇化的进程。广西经济社会的持续快速发展，带动了全区农村人力资源的开发，并为农村人力资源的进一步发展打下了良好的基础。通过资料整理与实地调研，发现城镇化进程中，广西农村人力资源开

2、发既面临着难得的发展机遇，也存在着一些问题。机遇方面，是广西经济社会的快速发展，对人力资源尤其是高质量的人力资源产生资源整体素质不高，农村在多问题，城乡制度不对接，农村人力资源开发中所面临响了广西农村人力资源的质对此，要从教育、培训、政等方面着手，加大农村人力量，促进城镇化的进程。．关键词：城镇化广西THERESEARCHoFGUANGXIRURALHUMANRESOURCEEXPLOITATIONINPRoCESSOFURBANIZATIoNABSTRACTTopromotethedevelopm
