1、华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要摘要法治不是完美的，司法也有其局限性，我国过分依赖司法诉讼的弊端在社会转型时期表现的日益明显。当今各国，非诉讼纠纷解决机制兴起，纠纷解决方式的多元化成为的必然选择。我国建立多元化纠纷解决机制有深刻的历史传统和广泛的社会基础，也可以借鉴美日等国家的成熟经验，我们应当在现有的诉讼、仲裁、调解等纠纷解决方式基础上，更加重视各种非诉讼纠纷解决机制建设以有效化解纠纷，从而为社会成员提供多元化的纠纷解决机制，以此来满足社会成员的多层次的法律需求和多元化的价值追求。关键词：司法，诉讼，非诉讼纠纷解决机制，多元化纠纷解决机制ABSTRACTThe
