1、中文摘要目的：通过观察肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子．1(sICAM．1)在不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血清中的水平变化，探讨HGF、sICAM．1在UAP中的作用、临床意义以及HGF对slCAM．1表达的影响。方法：选择58例冠心病患者包括：不稳定型心绞痛组(UAP)40例，稳定型心绞痛组(SAP)18例，并选择20例健康人作为正常对照组，所有标本统一用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法检测HGF和slCAM一1浓度，比较各组检测指标水平变化的差异。结果：血清HGF在不稳定型心绞痛患者组(1256．21+

2、265．46)pg／ml明显高于稳定型心绞痛患者(724．39±221．05)．pg／ml及正常对照组(642．75±149．90)pg／ml，(p<0．01)。血清sICAM．1在不稳定性心绞痛患者组(312．00±49．25)ng／ml，明显高于稳定型一心绞痛患者(266．61-t-38．52)ng／ml及正常对照组(163．80--+34．36)ng／ml(p<0．01)。HGF浓度与sICAM一1浓度呈正相关r=0．339，P<0．01．结论：HGF与sICAM．1参与了不稳定型心绞痛的发病过程，HG
