1、中文摘要摘要国际法的价筐是当今国际法理论研究中的一个重要问题。从宏观上讲，国际法的价值是法存在的意义和根据，也是法被信仰的源泉。从微观上说，国际法的价值是国际法发展的直接动力，又是国家行为的主要指引。国际法价值本身所具有的博大精深的理性特征，是国际法价值理论研究具有重要意义的基础，它将有力地促进国际法学科体系的健全和成熟。同时，还有利于帮助人们认识和把握国际法的本质特征，清除各种在国际法问题上的疑惑。鉴于国际法的价值本身及其理论研究所具有的重要理论意义和实践价值，本人选取了这一题目撰写学位论文。本文的基本构架由5

2、章组成。第一章主要从基本概念的角度对价值、法的价值予以了界定，由此导入国际法价值概念及特征的研究；第二章从国际法的概念及特征入手，探讨国际法价值的含义及特征；第三章从‘联合国宪章》关于其宗旨、目的的规定，引出国际法价值体系的构成，重点对宪章中涉及的秩序、正义、利益、和平、安全等主要的国际法价值内容予以具体的阐述；第四章对当代在国际社会具有一定影响的大国——美国的国际法价值观进行评析，意在帮助人们认识国际社会上涉及国际法问题的一些现象；第五章主要是以和谐世界的构建为主题，阐述和谐世界的构建迫切呼唤国际法理论的发展，
